The Home Depot Center Charitable Foundation joined forces with the Los Angeles Galaxy Foundation to serve a warm Thanksgiving meal to 250 local children and families who are in need. The seventh annual Foundations' Feast was held on Monday, November 23 in the American Express Stadium Club.
Staff and volunteers from the LA Galaxy, The Home Depot Center, Athletes' Performance and ESPN served Thanksgiving dinner and provided, activities and goodie bags for all kids in attendance.
For the seventh year in a row, Farmer John donated hams, and Home Depot Center food and beverage partner, Levy Restaurants supported the event by handling all the cooking, as well as preparing several traditional Thanksgiving side dishes, including mashed potatoes and gravy, seasonal vegetables and cranberry sauce. Cupcakes were provided by Two Chefs on A Roll and Marie Callender's Gardena provided pumpkin and apple pies.
