Since entering this sector Allan's promotional tactics have swept the music industry several times, securing artists like Luther Vandross, Fantasia, Alicia Keys, Jamie Foxx and Busta Rhymes chart topping results. Allan's expertise has resonated and visibly impacted the music industry for the past 20 years. As the Promotions Manager for Sony Music Entertainment's urban division from '91-'94, Allan promoted top artists like Mariah Carey, LL Cool J and Jermaine Dupri, setting a new billion dollar revenue standard for company sales. In 2000, Clive Davis personally selected Allan as the Midwest Regional Director for J Records

3 time Grammy Winning Producer/Engineer David Isaac continues to be a constant force in the Music, TV, and Film industry. David also a musician (guitar, bass, drums, and keys) is currently wrapping up his latest Pop/Funk CD featuring Bass Legend Marcus Miller, Patrice Rushen, Nathan Leftenant (from the legendary funk group CAMEO), James "D-Train" Williams, Morris Hayes (from the New Power Generation/ Prince), and more.

Raymond A. Shields, II is the Founder & Managing Partner of multi-service entertainment company, Black Dot LLC. In addition to artist management, marketing and promotions, Mr. Shields is involved in the development of a media and technology center located in South Central Los Angeles. He has served in the capacity of artist manager, studio owner, executive producer and tour manager. He has coordinated and managed international concert tours for various artists, produced numerous benefit concerts, consulted on music soundtracks and participated in the production of music videos.

Johnel is also the successful founder and owner of Phatefx, Inc., a multi-million dollar urban marketing and production company, which is celebrating 10 years in the industry. A few of his clients are: Virgin, Sony, Universal, Capital, DreamWorks, I.G.A., Koch, Disney, countless independent artists, the SCLC, Rainbow Push, Congressmen Jackson, churches, book authors, stage play writers/producers, film and documentary makers, etc. Johnel's amazing success and life story has led him to achieve the Los Angeles "Entrepreneur Award," provided by Rev. Jessie Jackson and the "Rainbow Push" organization. His most current project is a film on education titled "Who is Accountable?"

Roberto Orci
Writer, producer, and creator
The summer of 2007 saw the realization of a dream with Transformers, a live-action adaptation of the popular animated series that went on to gross over $700 million worldwide. Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman recently produced, and wrote the sequel along with scribe Ehren Kruger. The film opens on June 24, 2009.

Kurtzman and Orci are also behind Star Trek, the newly released hit directed by J.J. Abrams. The pair has written their own fresh take on the classic show, and are also executive-producing the film. Kurtzman and Orci also created the new FOX drama Fringe with Abrams. The show stars Anna Torv, Josh Jackson and John Noble, and is a breakout hit.

Chaz has just landed the lead role in the Broadway play "Dreamgirls" playing Curtis opening the fall at The Apollo Theater in New York.

Victor Newman
Victor Newman has the tenacity of a chief surgeon in the studio. A chameleon in sound and style, Victor has devoted himself to laying down tracks for a variety of on-screen projects, including the title track "Gutterville" for the movie Waist Deep starring Tyrese. Combining hip hop, soul and rock & roll, Victor is the originator of a new genre of sound called Power Music. He is currently focusing his efforts on expanding the Win Win Global repertoire by fusing world music with contemporary heat.

Karen E. Lee's enviable career in media relation's management and artist development spans more than 20 years. In the course of her stellar career, Lee has managed media relations campaigns for a variety of recording artists, many of whom are considered icons in the genres of hip hop and R&B music, and coordinated and executed special events. Lee also consults with W&W Public Relations whose client roster includes Janet Jackson, Jermaine Dupri, Mary Mary, Ludacris and Patti LaBelle.

Cesar Mejia is an L.A. based engineer, producer and educator, he has worked with Grammy Award winning artists such as Herbie Hancock, Brian Eno, Will I. Am of the Black Eye Peas and Zack DeLa Rocha of Rage Against the Machine to name a few.

Mamie Coleman
Vice President of Music and Production
Fox Broadcasting Company
Mamie creates the "sound" of Fox. She works closely with the TV studios/production companies, major record labels, recording artists, and agents to secure talent and production materials for Fox's award-winning on-air promotional campaigns. Notably, Mamie pitched and negotiated deals for the Fox Fall launch campaign for new TV series, "Fringe" which included Nas' single, "Hero" featuring Keri Hilson and the Pussycat Dolls', "When I Grow Up" for the Fox TV hit series, "So You Think You Can Dance". Mamie continues to spearhead the growing trend of American Idol promotional campaigns and upcoming reality shows.


Awarding three scholarships during the event!

We are pleased to announce that Win Win Global has agreed to award three scholarships to students currently enrolled at California State University, Dominguez Hills. Two of the scholarships will be given to students that have distinguished themselves academically, and the third will be awarded to a student with promise that will benefit from a little financial assistance. All three of the students must express a strong desire to pursue a career in the entertainment field.

By highlighting and rewarding the accomplishments of successful students, Win Win Global hopes to encourage others with talent to gain the knowledge necessary to realize their dreams.
